In 2023, Yayasan Peta Bencana and CivicDataLab partnered with the UNDP Accelerator Lab in Panama City to conduct a three-month prototype study to localize the software for Panama. During severe flooding in November 2023, the platform facilitated real-time, crowd-sourced disaster reports, providing valuable situational awareness for affected communities.
With the successful completion of this prototype demonstrating the adaptability of our software for Latin America, we are now seeking partners to support a full deployment.
